Guidelines to the Authors
- Use the English language throughout; ensure clear, concise writing for international readers.
- Paper length: 8–12 pages (including references, figures, tables).
- Formatting: Springer LN template (download: springer.com/gp/authors-editors/conference-author/conference-proceedings-guidelines). PDF only.
- Figures or Tables: High-resolution, numbered, captioned, and referenced in text.
- References: Recent and relevant; use consistent style (e.g., Springer basic).
- Ethics: Original work only- allowed 10% plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, or no conflicts of interest. Declare funding/acknowledgements.
- Full Papers Only: Complete, original research papers required. No abstracts, extended abstracts, review articles, literature surveys, or existing work summaries.
- Original Research: Must include novel methodologies, experimental results, system designs, analytical approaches, or significant advancements.
- Scope: Align strictly with conference theme. Out-of-scope papers will be rejected without review.
